Michael is such an awesome personal trainer! He does his best to make you feel comfortable and really listens to the goals you want to accomplish along your fitness journey and tailors a plan that works for you. He's compassionate, understanding, caring, and pushes you to become the best version that you can become. I’ve only been working with Michael for a month but already I’m seeing great results! I’m a post-menopausal woman who hadn’t been to the gym in 30 years… he’s been patient and encouraging, knowledgeable and supportive, teaching me proper technique. I’m learning a ton, and actually losing weight and gaining strength remarkably fast. I think health insurance should cover this kind of training… they’d save $ over hospital bills. Thanks, Michael! I cannot say enough great things about Michael! I had a major surgery only to be followed 4 weeks later by a car accident, so I was in dire straights when we met. We started working on regaining mobility and range of motion, with the end goal of being able to resume strength training without re-injury. It was a slow and steady pace, and Michael was on point every session with knowing exactly I needed well before I did, adapting and evolving a personalized plan and end goal, and encouraging me to stay the course. I am happy to report this man saved my life! I'm back to seeing gains because I'm still employing the stretches, exercises, and techniques Michael taught me along the way.
